Namaste, Har Din Har Ghar Ayurveda..continuing with the sesame that is called as Til in north of India , which is ‘’ Garam Mizaj ‘’ , hot in Potency . In Kerala, it’s very extensively used for hair growth. People utilize it by multiple methods.

1 ..Not only sesame oil is applied on the head, but more importantly when consumed internally a good source of calcium.The idea is very simple because whichever is strengthening the bone, [which sesame does ] it is very good for hair growth. This is a tradition in Kerala Ayurveda.

2 .Importantly enough , many people have sensitive teeth and for that simply two teaspoons of sesame oil mixed in 100 to 200 ML of warm water when taken/done as gargling does plenty of good.Results are seen by 2 nd or 3 rd day as less sensitive teeth.

3. Thirdly,is its utility in what we call scanty menstruation and painful menstruation. Sesame oil is used very effectively internally using 5 ML three times a day with hot water.

4. Fourthly , a very important role is in the context of ‘’ cooling ‘’ a body surface. If you have situations like cellulitis, better to meet a doctor of course, here in Kerala, we utilize boiling sesame seeds with milk and that cool paste is applied, which is when I say ‘’cool ‘’, it is cool in Potency, that’s a great healing effect to the red, shining , painful on touch skin surface – cellulitis -which is an inflammatory condition.
