1. Our PROPERTY compliment and enhance the value of the destination, i.e. PALLOM Backwater area.
2. Our business generates greater economic benefits to the local people as we are able to provide employment to members of at least 48 families ( Forty eight) , thus enhance their well being. 
3. We provide appropriate support to local herbal market by purchasing Raw medicinal herbs and bark from near by small scale entrepreneurs. We also ensure that we purchase raw materials from the local market

1. We involve the local community in planning of the infrastructure and still involve them in the maintenance of the assets. Their skill and knowledge were used in developing the property. Because the workers from nearby area were involved in construction.
2. The road has come up deep into the area only because of our resort has come up in such area surrounded by paddy fields and lake. 
3. In order to conserve a cultural heritage of the state of Kerala—Kalaripayattu – the oldest martial arts of the world – we have formed a “Kalari” troop. Thus, we are keeping alive a tradition of martial arts that has immense medical utility also.
